“We are very pleased to sign this agreement and strengthen the partnership between our two countries. This is a continuation of the good work done by our respective Heads of State, and I am confident the work we embark on together will benefit Zambia, Rwanda, and the continent at large.”

Hon. Eng. Collins Nzovu, Minister of Green Economy and Environment, Zambia, said that the partnership will strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

"This is a foundation we can build on. When we form partnerships, we become stronger. When we are together, we become stronger.
